Druckschalter sind elektromechanische Signalwandler, die Mediumsdruck (-änderungen) in elektrische Signale wandeln.
Mittels Einstellschraube kann der Schaltpunkt innerhalb eines Druckeinstellbereiches frei gewählt werden.
Druckschalter werden vor allem zum Schalten von Pumpen, Verdichtern und Ventilen sowie zur Drucküberwachung verwendet.
